Known for paint, missing on repair

TW Carbon’s custom paint work already ranked. Carbon fiber repair, the service the shop most wanted to grow, sat on the second page of Google, and the old site published no repair prices.

A new site on Astro

In January 2026 the site moved to Astro on Cloudflare, with every quote form posting straight to HubSpot. Pages ship as static HTML, and the forms are the only part that runs on a server.

Building out repair

Rankings climbed within a quarter. In July the repair work got its own cluster: a rebuilt repair hub with published prices, and five new pages on cost, cracked frames, repair kits against a professional repair, mail-in repair and bike shop partners. Every quote form now records the page it came from, so each request traces back to its source.
