Everae designs and builds commercial EV charging sites. Its crews documented each job on paper: a site evaluation before work starts, a daily report on site, and a commissioning report at the end.
Everae Field replaced the paper with a mobile app. Crews fill in site evaluations, daily reports, commissioning reports and torque logs on their phones, with the photos each line item needs. It works with a weak signal: forms and photos queue on the phone and send when the connection comes back.
Project managers review what comes in and approve a commissioning report or send it back with notes. On submit, the app builds the PDF that goes to the customer.
I built it on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, working from Everae’s paper forms and the changes Everae asked for after each trial. It went into production in May 2026, and I’ve kept adding to it since, most recently a torque log in September.
