Everae designs and builds commercial EV charging sites. Its crews documented each job on paper: a site evaluation before work starts, a daily report on site, and a commissioning report at the end. Those reports, and the photos that went with them, were scattered across crews, with no single place to find a job’s record.
Everae Field put all of it in one back-office tool. Crews fill in site evaluations, daily reports, commissioning reports and torque logs on their phones, with the photos each line item needs. It works with a weak signal: forms and photos queue on the phone and send when the connection comes back.
Project managers review what comes in and approve a commissioning report or send it back with notes. On submit, the app builds the PDF that goes to the customer, and the office finds any job’s reports and photos in the same place.
I built it on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, working from Everae’s paper forms and the changes Everae asked for after each trial. It went into production in May 2026, and I’ve kept adding to it since, most recently a torque log in September.
