A part-time owner for your website and inbound

Most B2B teams have marketers, developers somewhere, and nobody senior who owns the website. Pages ship slow, tags pile up, and nobody can say what the site did for pipeline last month. I take that job on part-time.

Scope

What I own

  • The site

Speed, technical SEO, the development backlog and releases.

  • Inbound

Search, AI search, landing pages and conversion fixes.

  • Measurement

GA4, tag management, attribution and the handoff to your CRM.

  • A monthly readout

What changed, what it did, what’s next.

Cadence

How it runs

15 to 20 hours a month for a fixed fee, billed in advance, with a 6-month minimum.

Onboarding

The first 30 days

  1. Week 1

Access, and a baseline from Chrome’s real-user data, Search Console, GA4 and a census of every tag on your key pages.

  2. Week 2

A written list of findings, ranked by what each one costs you.

  3. Weeks 3 and 4

The first fixes shipped, and the rest of the backlog in your team’s tool.

Questions

Before you book

Is this a fractional CMO?

Closer to a fractional head of web. I own the website and inbound. If what you need is someone to run the whole marketing team, I’ll say so on the first call.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly fee for 15 to 20 hours, billed in advance, with a 6-month minimum. The fee depends on the size of the site, so it comes on the first call.

Do you write the code or hand it to our developers?

Both. I write code myself in Astro, Next.js, WordPress and Shopify themes, and I write backlog tickets your developers can pick up in your team’s tool.
